Summary of the Omocom Insurance

GoMore has entered into an agreement concerning self-funded group insurance with the insurer Helvetia Assurance Luxembourg SA (RCS B68 065). The insurer’s representative for this group insurance is the Swedish company Omocom Försäkring AB, registration number 559097-2377 (“Omocom”), which has been authorised by the insurer to sell and administer the group insurance on behalf of the insurer (the “Omocom Insurance”).

The terms of the Omocom Insurance, including the conditions for its validity, the scope and content of the insurance cover, as well as the compensability of claims and any limitations on compensation, are determined exclusively in accordance with the insurance terms defined by Omocom (the “Insurance Terms”). The Omocom Insurance Terms are available here. The disclosure document concerning the Omocom Insurance is available here.

The Omocom Insurance is activated automatically when a rental made through GoMore begins, provided that all requirements and conditions set out in the Insurance Terms in force at the relevant time are fulfilled. The insurance only covers rentals where all requirements and conditions set out in the Insurance Terms are fulfilled. The Insurance Terms require, among other things, that the vehicle is not registered for commercial use, for example as a taxi, delivery vehicle or rental vehicle, but is registered for private use. The price of the Omocom Insurance is included in GoMore’s insurance and service fee.

The Omocom Insurance includes, among other things, insurance cover for vehicle damage, theft and glass damage, as well as roadside assistance, in each case in accordance with the Insurance Terms in force at the relevant time. If an insured event occurs during a rental covered by the Omocom Insurance and roadside assistance is required, please contact the roadside assistance service for the Omocom Insurance: Omocom Assistance, roadside assistance and towing, telephone: +358 9 3747 7431. Please provide the roadside assistance service with your name, the vehicle registration number, the cause of the damage, and confirm that the vehicle was rented through GoMore.

GoMore is not an insurance company or an insurer. GoMore acts as the representative of the group insured under the Omocom Insurance. GoMore has no independent responsibility for the content of the insurance cover, the payment of insurance compensation, or any other obligations related to the Omocom Insurance.

As the representative of the insured group, GoMore provides assistance and support to persons insured under the Omocom Insurance in relation to claims processes and may act as an intermediary between the insured persons and Omocom in accordance with the Insurance Terms in force at the relevant time. GoMore may handle certain practical measures related to the Omocom Insurance on behalf of Omocom in accordance with the Insurance Terms in force at the relevant time and as separately agreed between GoMore and Omocom. Enquiries related to insured events and the Omocom Insurance may primarily be addressed to GoMore, but GoMore may also instruct you to address such enquiries directly to Omocom.

This summary is intended only as an informative summary of the Omocom Insurance. It is not an exhaustive description of the Omocom Insurance, the Insurance Terms or their content. The Insurance Terms defined by Omocom always determine the content of the Omocom Insurance, the conditions for its validity and the compensability of claims. The Insurance Terms in force at the relevant time always prevail over this summary.
