How to find an invoice for your booking

Whether you need an invoice for personal record-keeping or reimbursement purposes, GoMore makes it easy to download an invoice for any booking. Here is a simple guide on how you can access and download your invoices.

Please note that invoices are available 24 hours after the end time of the rental booking.

Guide to find and download an invoice

1. Log in to your account

Start by logging into your GoMore account on either the website or mobile app.

2. Access your bookings

Navigate to the rentals section of your account where all your past bookings are listed.

3. Select the relevant booking

Find the booking for which you need the invoice.

4. View booking details

Click on the booking to open the booking details. Here, you will find all the information related to your trip, including payment details and the option to download the invoice under ‘details and invoice’.

Tips for managing your invoices

  • Keep your details updated: Ensure that your personal information and billing address are up to date in your account settings to ensure that your invoices are generated correctly.

  • Check your email: After every completed booking, we send a confirmation email that also includes the invoice.
