Encountering payment errors can be frustrating, but don't worry! Here’s a step-by-step guide on what to do if you face a payment error while using GoMore.
Go to the GoMore front page.
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
Select "Payment methods" and follow the prompts to re-add your card information.
If you believe the error is due to a system glitch, try deleting your current booking and start the booking process again with your updated payment information.
Always make sure that app or browser is updated to the latest version.
Please note: Booking payments around the platform and outside of our payment module is not allowed and might result in closure of user profiles.
