How to resolve payment errors

Encountering payment errors can be frustrating, but don't worry! Here’s a step-by-step guide on what to do if you face a payment error while using GoMore.

1. Check your card balance

  • Ensure that your card has sufficient funds to complete the transaction. If necessary, you might want to consider using another payment card.

2. Review card details

  • Double-check that all payment card details entered are accurate, including card number, expiration date, and CVV.

3. Check for blocks

  • Occasionally, banks may block transactions due to payment limits or other reasons. Contact your bank to make sure there are no blocks on your card that might prevent the transaction.

4. Re-enter payment information

  • Remove your current payment method and add it again:
  1. Go to the GoMore front page.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.

  3. Select "Payment methods" and follow the prompts to re-add your card information.

5. 3D secure verification

  • Ensure that your card is registered with 3D Secure verification for online transactions. This extra layer of security is required for all online payments within the EU.

6. System errors

  • If you believe the error is due to a system glitch, try deleting your current booking and start the booking process again with your updated payment information.

  • Always make sure that app or browser is updated to the latest version.

7. Contact support

  • If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please contact GoMore support for further assistance. Our team is here to help you resolve any payment issues promptly.

Please note: Booking payments around the platform and outside of our payment module is not allowed and might result in closure of user profiles.
